Willoughby/Willowbrook

Though historically a
rural area, Willoughby is currently undergoing considerable
commercial and residential development. Properties on the long hill that slopes down from Highway 1 to 64th
Avenue have wonderful views and plenty of sunshine, and businesses
along the busy 200th Street corridor benefit from traffic traveling
both to and through the Langleys.
Alongside the new communities of
townhouses and single family homes are many older homes on large
lots or small acreages, with beautiful gardens and space for horses
and other animals.
